Union Executive. The Employer agrees to make every effort to schedule any employee who is a member of the Union executive committee to shifts of which the regular quitting time is not later than 6 p.m. on those days on which executive committee meetings are scheduled and when such employee is required to be in attendance. Union Executive. The Union Executive shall normally consist of the following members: President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, Treasurer and three (3) Members at Large.

It is recognized that meetings normally fall into three categories as follows:

Union Executive. (i) The Company recognizes a Union Executive of up to five (5) employees. (ii) The Union will notify the Company in writing of the names of the executive members and of any changes as they occur. (iii) Union/management meetings will be held bi-monthly (six times per year) or as otherwise mutually agreed, between the Union Executive and the Company, at mutually agreed times, place, attendees and agenda.

Union Executive. In order that the operations of the Union will not become disorganized when lay- offs are made, members of the Executive Board of the CUPE Local and Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be the last persons laid off during their term of office, subject to job requirement. The Executive Board of the CUPE Local consists of the President, Regional Vice Presidents (2), Secretary, Treasurer, Chief Stewards (2) and Area Reps (6).

Union Executive. The Union Executive consists of the incumbents in the positions of Union President, Secretary, Vice President – One, Vice President – Two and Treasurer positions for I.A.F.F. Union Executive. 34.01 The Union will provide the Company with an updated list of the Union executive (including the Chapel Chairperson) within (10) days of the ratification of this agreement and within (10) days of any changes thereafter.
