Common use of Union's Self Administered Sick Leave Bank Clause in Contracts

Union's Self Administered Sick Leave Bank. Effective May l, 2011 the Union's self administered sick leave bank will be frozen and the provisions of Article 12 Section 5 for Inside employees, and Article 15 Section 4 for Outside employees, will no longer apply. In the event that this Letter of Understanding is cancelled, the hours accrued in the bank at March 31, 2011 will immediately be replenish to the self administered sick leave bank will apply. Effective May 1, 2011 no further donations to this bank will be taken while this Agreement is in effect.
