Unique Funded Program. To the extent that Contractor’s Agreement includes a Funded Program which has billing and payment requirements that are not consistent with the provisions of this Paragraph E (Reimbursement Basis) of Financial Exhibit A, the special billing and payment requirements shall be set forth in an addendum to this Financial Exhibit A and signed by Contractor and Director.
