Common use of Unit C Employees Clause in Contracts

Unit C Employees. The following exemptions to the Standard Workweek apply to Unit C employees who do not work a standard workweek. 1. Additional employees of the Maryland Racing Commission whose schedules of workdays and hours are contingent upon the racing schedule. 2. Cases where flexible hours are inherent to the job as an established condition of employment and work time is flexed to allow for the orderly completion of work. 3. The flexible work schedules for those employees (classifications) who currently work such a schedule shall be maintained. Employees described in 1, 2, and 3 are not subject to Section 4 of this article.
