University Reimbursement. If the Contractor fails to provide the Requested Information and the University is ordered to produce the Requested Information, the Contractor shall reimburse the University for any damages, penalties, or costs that the University may incur as a result of the Contractor’s failure, including any statutory damages assessed against the University.
