Common use of Unjust Dismissal or Suspension Clause in Contracts

Unjust Dismissal or Suspension. Should an employee be dismissed or suspended, and it is later established that such dismissal or suspension was unjust they shall be returned immediately to their former status in all respects and shall be compensated for any loss of earning they may have suffered by reason of such dismissal or suspension unless otherwise determined by arbitration.
