Unpaid Status. Vacation leave shall not be accrued by any employee absent from duty after separation from District service, or during a District authorized leave of absence without pay or any other absence from duty not authorized by the District or an absence from work as a result of any disciplinary action. An employee is not permitted to borrow on future accrual of vacation benefits.
