Common use of Unpaid Clause in Contracts

Unpaid. A leave of absence without pay may be granted to any employee at the discretion of the Board. Employees on unpaid, non-medical, leaves will have their seniority frozen and seniority will not accrue while the employee is on an unpaid leave.
