Unplanned Interruption. In the event of unplanned interruption to any site or sites, Applicant/Network Operator communications shall be as agreed by the Utilities Management Group The sites in Schedule 1 shall have a priority (for immunity from the effects of load shedding for any reason, or reconnection in the event of Network disruption) immediately below that of Emergency Services (including Police, Fire Service, Emergency medical services, Civil Defence) and ahead of all other sites, subject to any technical constraints of the network.

In all circumstances, any Party planning to remove such facility(ies) from service shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect on the other Parties of such removal.
