Unrequested Leave of Absence. Section 1. Purpose: The purpose of this Article is to implement the provisions of Minn. Stat. § 122A.40, Subd. 10, and represents the agreed-upon plan for the School District for unrequested leave of absence because of discontinuance of position, lack of pupils, financial limitations, or consolidation.
