Unrequested Leave. Article XV, Unrequested Leave and Seniority Policy, shall not apply to ECE teachers. ECE teachers shall not accrue seniority on the K- 12 seniority list and may not bump a K-12 teacher. K-12 teachers shall not bump an ECE teacher.
