Unscheduled Overtime Defined. Where an employee who is to work overtime is not advised at least eight (8) hours in advance of the commencement of the overtime work to be performed, such work shall be deemed to be unscheduled overtime for the purpose of this Agreement. The Employer shall notify affected employees for overtime no later than the second hour on the day the overtime is required.
