Unsolicited Calls. We may call you without specific invitation where we reasonably believe that the call is necessary for the purposes of this agreement or to notify you of an investment opportunity. We will not offer any advice in respect of any such investment.
Unsolicited Calls. The transmission of unsolicited calls, using the Service for broadcasting and/or transmitting unsolicited fax advertisements is illegal under US and Canadian law. Distribution of unsolicited voicemail, broadcast, and fax advertisements through the Services is prohibited. You shall not use the Service to send or transmit any unsolicited communications or advertisements and Customer agrees that UNITY may suspend or terminate the Services without any liability of any kind. UNITY may at its option and without further notice use technologies and procedures, such as filters, that may terminate such unsolicited advertisements without delivering them. You hereby release and agree to hold harmless UNITY from and against any damages or liabilities of any kind related to any voicemail, broadcast and/or fax spam or solicitations that you may send and/or receive using the Services. Customer agrees that UNITY may cooperate with any CRTC, FCC or police investigation into the unauthorized use of Services for the purposes of unsolicited calls and can provide Customer contact information to those authorities if requested to do so.
Unsolicited Calls. We may call you without specific invitation where we reasonably believe that the call is necessary for the purpose of this Agreement or will be to your advantage in connection with the investment which is the subject of the call. We shall ensure that the call is at an appropriate time of day.
Unsolicited Calls. In the interests of the proper management and administration of the Client Portfolio, and in order to bring new products or services of the Investment Manager to the attention of the Client, the Client agrees that the Investment Manager, its representatives or employees may call upon the Client by telephone, visit or otherwise communicate orally with the Client without express invitation.
Unsolicited Calls. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we shall contact you by telephone to discuss investments or the conduct of your Investment Account, or to arrange a meeting to do so, without having been invited by you to make such a call or arrange such a meeting.

The Company and the Manager are free under this Agreement to telephone, visit or otherwise communicate with each other without express invitation to discuss the Portfolio, its composition and investment policy or changes therein, or any individual investment current or proposed. This may constitute an "Unsolicited Call" in terms of the Rules.
Unsolicited Calls. We may need, or wish, to communicate with you to invite you to enter into an investment but may only do so with your specific agreement. Your signature to the Institutional Investment Management Agreement Schedule indicates that you are willing for us to communicate with you in this way by post, fax, telephone, email or face-to-face, at reasonable times, unless you advise us that any of these methods are insecure or inappropriate.
Unsolicited Calls. 20.1 It is envisaged that we may wish from time to time to visit or telephone you without your express invitation. We will not make unsolicited calls to you before 8.00am or after 9.00pm.
