Unsuccessful Probationary Periods. When the evaluations of a Member's performance during the probationary period have not been satisfactory, the Xxxx shall meet with the Member no later than five (5) months prior to the end of his/her probationary period. At that meeting the Member shall be informed of the Xxxx'x decision not to recommend tenure.
