Update Notice. You shall provide written notice to the Bank of any changes to the information previously provided by you to the Bank. Such notice must be received by the Bank within five (5) business days of the change. You shall provide any additional information requested by the Bank within five (5) days of such request. The Bank retains the right to: (i) review your checks, Mobile Deposits, and activities from time to time and (ii) reprice or terminate the Deposit Service based on changes to information previously provided to the Bank.

Customer will provide written notice to Bank of any changes to the information previously provided by Customer to Bank, including, but not limited to, any additional locations, any change in business, any new business, the identity of principals or owners, the form of business organization, type of goods and services provided and method of conducting sales. Member shall provide written notice to AMHFCU of any changes to the information previously provided by Member to AMHFCU, including, but not limited to, any additional locations, any change in business, any new business, the identity of principals and/or owners, the form of business organization, type of goods and services provided and method of conducting sales. Such notice must be received by AMHFCU within 5 business days of the change. Member shall provide any additional information requested by AMHFCU within 5 days of such request. AMHFCU retains the right to: (i) review Member’s Checks, Files and business activities from time to time to confirm Member is conducting business as stated by Member at the time of the execution of this Agreement and (ii) re-price or terminate eDeposit based on changes to information previously provided to AMHFCU by Member.
Update Notice. You shall provide written notice to Credit Union of any changes to the information previously provided by You to Credit Union. Such notice must be received by Credit Union within five (5) business days of the change. You shall provide any additional information requested by Credit Union within five (5) calendar days of such request. Credit Union retains the right to: (i) review Your Checks, deposits and activities from time to time; and (ii) re-price or terminate the Service based on changes to information You previously provided to Credit Union.
Update Notice. Customer shall provide written notice to Bank of any changes to the information previously provided by Customer to Bank, including, but not limited to, any additional locations, any change in business, any new business, the identity of principals and/or owners, the form of business organization, type of goods and services provided and method of conducting sales. Customer shall provide any additional information requested by Bank to complete the account maintenance. Bank retains the right to: (a) review Customer’s batched ACH data and other required information (each such file a “File” and, if more than one, “Files”), and ACH Entries, return items, and business activities from time to time to confirm Customer is conducting business as stated by Customer at the time of the execution of this Agreement and (b) re-price or terminate the Service or Services based on changes to information previously provided to Bank by Customer.

Member shall provide written notice to Nusenda of any changes to the information previously provided by Member to Nusenda, including, but not limited to, any additional locations, any change in business, any new business, the identity of principals and/or owners, the form of business organization, type of goods and services provided and method of conducting sales. Such notice must be received by Nusenda within 5 business days of the change. Member shall provide any additional information requested by Nusenda within 5 days of such request. Nusenda retains the right to: (i) review Member’s Checks, Files and business activities from time to time to confirm Member is conducting business as stated by Member at the time of the execution of this Agreement and (ii) re-price or terminate Remote Deposit / Mobile Deposit based on changes to information previously provided to Nusenda by Member.

Such notice must be received by us within five (5) Business Days of the change. You shall provide any additional information requested by us within five (5) days of such request. We retain the right to: (i) review your Checks, Files and activities from time to time and (ii) re-price or terminate the Mobile Deposit Service based on changes to information previously provided to us by you.
Update Notice. If, as a result of events or changes in circumstances occurring after the Effective Date and before Closing (“Post-Effective Date Changes”), any representation or warranty made by Seller in this Agreement will not be true and correct in any material respect as of the Closing Date, as if made on, and as of, the Closing Date, Seller shall give prompt written notice thereof to Purchaser upon obtaining actual knowledge thereof (an “Update Notice”). Seller’s Update Notice shall include all material information Seller has relating to such Post-Effective Date Changes.
