Update Notice. You shall provide written notice to the Bank of any changes to the information previously provided by you to the Bank. Such notice must be received by the Bank within five (5) business days of the change. You shall provide any additional information requested by the Bank within five (5) days of such request. The Bank retains the right to: (i) review your checks, Mobile Deposits, and activities from time to time and (ii) reprice or terminate the Deposit Service based on changes to information previously provided to the Bank.
