In revising and updating Connectivity Services from time to time, You will use commercially reasonable efforts to do so in accordance with generally accepted industry practices and to implement any changes in a non-discriminatory manner; provided, however, this provision shall not apply to limit modifications or updates to the extent that such revisions or updates are required by Applicable Law or implemented to respond promptly to newly discovered privacy or security threats.
