Upgrade. If You receive an upgrade to the Software pursuant to MSA or purchase of an upgrade license, upon upgrade, this XXXX takes the place of the agreement for the Software version You upgraded from and You may no longer use the earlier version of the Software. Mindjet reserves the right to require certification of the destruction and removal of such previous version.
