Customer Network Sample Clauses

Customer Network. For work performed by Axon transiting or making use of Customer’s network, Customer is solely responsible for maintenance and functionality of the network. In no event will Axon be liable for loss, damage, or corruption of Customer’s network from any cause. If Technology Assurance Plan ("TAP") or a bundle including TAP is on the Quote, this appendix applies.

Customer Network. If the Supplier is unable to configure the Services due to the Customer Network not being ready to connect to the Services or the Supplier discovers that the pre-defined infrastructure and/or configuration agreed with the Customer is not accurate or is incorrect and additional works are required, then the Customer shall be liable to the Supplier for any and all costs and expenses (including Third-Party Supplier costs and expenses) incurred by the Supplier as a result of any Professional Services undertaken to reconfigure the Customer Network and/or any cancelled or rescheduled engineer visit.
Customer Network. Customer networks are built and maintained by the Customer. Customer Networks may or may not connect to the DIR Network or a Vendor Net- work, depending upon whether the Customer needs access to Services provided by the DIR Network or a Vendor Network. Network to network demarcation points are determined on a case by case basis depending upon type of Service.
Customer Network. Customer acknowledges and agrees that it and its Users shall access and use the SaaS Services and Software provided or made available to Customer by LVT under this Agreement strictly in connection with the Hardware within the designated System for which it was provided by LVT to Customer under this Agreement. Installation of any Software by LVT for or on behalf of the Customer shall not include any modifications to the Customer’s network, systems, security, or firewall settings without Customer’s prior approval. LVT shall not be responsible or liable for any setup, operation, maintenance, performance, or compatibility issues for or in connection with Customer’s network or systems, all of which remain the sole responsibility and liability of Customer. LVT may charge Customer additional fees or amounts for services required to be performed by LVT due to any inability to connect the Hardware to Customer’s network or systems, or if any additional Hardware is required to facilitate connectivity between Customer’s network or systems and the Hardware.

Customer Network. Customer is responsible for Customer’s network and Resources, including without limitation the software, equipment, any remote computers and devices, and any wireless or wired internet connection that Customer uses to access the Software or Services (collectively, the “Customer Network”). Customer is responsible for the virtual and physical security of the Customer Network and the development of reasonable physical and virtual security safeguards, policies, and procedures, including, without limitation, the use of industry recognized internet security and antivirus software. Customer agrees to take commercially reasonable steps to protect virtual and physical access to the Software and Services originating from the Customer Network.

Customer Network. Customer acknowledges that all of Customer’s premise network infrastructure and equipment (including, but not limited to, routers, switches, firewalls, servers and personal computers) (hereinafter “Customer Network”) is Customer’s sole responsibility. Xxxxx 0 may provide Customer with guidelines for Customer’s Network’s minimum system requirements, compatibility and other information necessary to use the Secure Access Service.
Customer Network. Except as expressly stated herein, Customer assumes all responsibility for the interface between the Software and Customer’s computer systems, including, but not limited to, the provision of telephone and/or network connectivity. Customer is solely responsible for all aspects of operation of Customer’s computer networks, including router and firewall maintenance, data backups, network security and disaster recovery. Customer acknowledges that any initial and ongoing charges by any third parties, including but not limited to internet access, internet service providers, communication lines, telephone companies, domain name registration, certification authorities, or other services, are not part of this Agreement and are the obligation of Customer to purchase and maintain at Customer’s expense; in the event that Cardinal procures any of the foregoing on Customer’s behalf, Customer shall reimburse Cardinal for the actual cost of such third party services. Customer agrees that Cardinal shall have no obligation or liability whatsoever with respect to Customer’s purchase, operation or maintenance of Customer’s computer and telecommunications systems.

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;
