Upon notice to the Union the School District may require a teacher, at the School District's expense, to be examined by a District-appointed hospital, physician or other trained professional, to determine if the teacher is disabled or ill. The School District will utilize either Xxxxx Xxxx Hospital and its facilities, U of M Hospital, St. Xxxxxx Hospital of Xxx Arbor, Xxxxxx-Xxxxx Hospital, and Oakwood Hospital and facilities and physicians and professionals associated or admitted to practice in these hospitals; or hospitals, physicians and professionals of like quality and reputation.
