Common use of Upon notification Clause in Contracts

Upon notification. an employee who must serve a period of incarceration as a result of a conviction arising from the operation or use of a motor vehicle, shall be granted a leave of absence without pay of up to 365 days in order to serve the period of incarceration.

Such period of leave will not be credited towards accumulation of service.
