RECEIPT OF AGREEMENT Each of the parties hereto acknowledges that it or he has read this Agreement in its entirety and does hereby acknowledge receipt of a fully executed copy thereof. A fully executed copy shall be an original for all purposes, and is a duplicate original.
RECEIPT OF WRITTEN NOTICE Department and Concessionaire agree that the receipt of a written notice is considered five (5) calendar days after the date on the said written notice.
Receipt of Notice For purposes of this provision, the Consultant’s receipt of the written notice of termination will be determined based on the date of actual receipt or based on Subsection 20.2 below, whichever occurs first.
Receipt of Items We reserve the right to reject any Image or Item transmitted through the Service, at our discretion, without liability to you. We are not responsible for Images we do not receive or for Images that are dropped during transmission. An Image of an Item shall be deemed received only when you receive a confirmation from us that we have received the Image and accepted your deposit. However, the confirmation that we send you does not mean that the transmission was complete or error free.
Salary on Reclassification The salary of a regular, limited-term or probationary employee whose position is reclassified shall be determined as follows:
Reclassification If any reclassification of the capital stock of the Company shall be effected in such a way that holders of Common Stock shall be entitled to receive stock, securities, or other assets or property, then, as a condition of such reclassification, lawful and adequate provisions shall be made whereby the Holder hereof shall thereafter have the right to purchase and receive (in lieu of the shares of the Common Stock immediately theretofore purchasable and receivable upon the exercise of the rights represented hereby) such shares of stock, securities or other assets or property as may be issued or payable with respect to or in exchange for a number of outstanding shares of such Common Stock equal to the number of shares of such Common Stock immediately theretofore purchasable and receivable upon the exercise of the rights represented hereby. In any reclassification described above, appropriate provision shall be made with respect to the rights and interests of the Holder of this Warrant to the end that the provisions hereof (including, without limitation, provisions for adjustments of the Exercise Price and of the number of shares purchasable and receivable upon the exercise of this Warrant) shall thereafter be applicable, as nearly as may be, in relation to any shares of stock, securities or assets thereafter deliverable upon the exercise hereof.
Receipt of Product The Contractor shall be solely responsible for assuring that deliveries are made to personnel authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the Authorized User. Any losses resulting from the Contractor’s failure to deliver Product to authorized personnel shall be borne exclusively by the Contractor.
For Lump Sum Change Order The payment and extension of time (if any) provided by this Change Order constitutes compensation in full to the Contractor and its Subcontractors and Suppliers for all costs and markups directly and indirectly attributable to the Change Order herein, for all delays related thereto and for performance of changes within the time stated.
Downward Reclassification a. When a position is reclassified to another class at the same pay level or to a class that carries a lower salary range, the incumbent trial service or regular employee shall be accorded corresponding status in the new class.
Payment for Change of Scope Payment for Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the Change of Scope Order.
