Uptime Reports. On a quarterly basis, Contractor shall provide the City a machine uptime report, which shall indicate the using department, model number, serial number, and description of each machine at that location, the install date of each machine, total number of service calls for each machine, the response time for each machine on a service call, the total downtime and the total percent uptime of each installed machine. Contractor shall keep equipment in working order 98% of the available work time. Failure by Contractor to maintain a 98% uptime standard will be grounds for requiring the Contractor to replace the equipment at Contractor's expense with a like or better unit and provide a credit to City of 1/30 of the monthly lease or rental for that piece of equipment for each 24 business hours that the equipment was not in service. The 98% standard listed in this section is the minimum requirement. If the Contractor's Proposal contains standards and/or benefits that exceed the minimum requirements set forth in this Section 2.4.c the Contractor shall be bound by the terms of the Proposal.

  • Usage Reports The Contractor shall submit usage reports on an annual basis to the assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent of the County of Orange user agency/department. The usage report shall be in a format specified by the user agency/department and shall be submitted 90 days prior to the expiration date of the contract term, or any subsequent renewal term, if applicable.

  • Service Reports GRANTEE shall submit service delivery reports, programmatic performance reports and other reports to the extent requested by OAG, in a format and on a timely basis, as established by the OAG. XXXXXXX will submit other reports as requested by the OAG.

  • Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. The Recipient shall: • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM. Each progress report must: o Summarize progress made on all Agreement activities as specified in the scope of work for the preceding month, including accomplishments, problems, milestones, products, schedule, fiscal status, and an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns.   • Sales Reports On or before the twentieth (20th) day of each calendar month after the First Month, Tenant shall submit to City a report (the “Sales Report”) showing all Gross Revenues achieved with respect to the prior month by location, segregated by each source or general type of article sold or service rendered. Such report shall be certified as being true and correct by Tenant and shall otherwise be in form and substance satisfactory to Director. As described below, City shall have the right, in addition to all other rights herein, to impose a fine in the event Tenant shall fail to submit such Sales Report timely.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Adverse Reports The College shall notify an employee in writing of any expression of dissatisfaction concerning his/her work within ten (10) working days of the event of the complaint, with a copy to the Chair of the Union Standing Committee. This notice shall include particulars of the work performance which led to such dissatisfaction. If this procedure is not followed, such expression of dissatisfaction shall not become a part of his/her personnel file for use against him/her at any time. The employee’s reply to such complaint, accusation or expression of dissatisfaction shall become part of his/her personnel file.

  • Compliance Reports The Subadvisor at its expense will provide the Advisor with such compliance reports relating to its duties under this Agreement as may be agreed upon by such parties from time to time.

  • Daily Job Reports 6.7.2.1 Developer shall maintain, at a minimum, at least one (1) set of Daily Job Reports on the Project. These must be prepared by Xxxxxxxxx's employee(s) who are present on Site, and must include, at a minimum, the following information:
