URBAN INTEGRATION. Urban and site planning: The CIQ will assure on‐going representation by CIQ/residents on various hospital planning committees and oversight committees, and a committee – to be formed – with the MUHC, CIQ and the consortium building and operating the building. The MUHC and the CIQ agree to support each other in pursuing integrated planning of the MUHC site and adjacent sites and projects with all relevant bodies. The MUHC and the CIQ agree to inform the other party of urban planning initiatives that aim to guide development around the Xxxx Campus site. The MUHC and the CIQ agree to promote the inclusion of both parties in any on‐going planning processes. The MUHC’s Xxxx Campus includes green areas, public facilities, and site permeability. For site edges and the eastern portion of the site, the CIQ will provide expertise and input as to designs that meet community priorities, with the MUHC and CIQ to work jointly to assess the feasibility of implementing such plans.

As the project evolves, the MUHC will support requests from the CIQ for representation on committees whose mandates relate to principles pursued within the current Partnership Agreement, and which have been previously agreed upon by both parties. The MUHC commits to consult the CIQ on topics pertinent to the agreement including but not limited to the following subjects: Transport – Access to the Sud-Ouest via Saint-Jacques – Link to the Vendôme xxxxx xxxxxxx – Landscaping.

  • Full Integration This Agreement, including the attached Order, is the final written expression and the complete and exclusive statement of all the agreements, conditions, promises, representations, and covenants between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supercedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, representations, understandings, and discussions between and among the parties, their respective representatives, and any other person or entity, with respect to the subject matter covered hereby.

  • Integration The Company shall not sell, offer for sale or solicit offers to buy or otherwise negotiate in respect of any security (as defined in Section 2 of the Securities Act) that would be integrated with the offer or sale of the Securities in a manner that would require the registration under the Securities Act of the sale of the Securities or that would be integrated with the offer or sale of the Securities for purposes of the rules and regulations of any Trading Market such that it would require shareholder approval prior to the closing of such other transaction unless shareholder approval is obtained before the closing of such subsequent transaction.

  • Community Engagement Integration Activities The SP will support the HSP to engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Foreign-Owned Companies in Connection with Critical Infrastructure If Texas Government Code, Section 2274.0102(a)(1) (relating to prohibition on contracts with certain foreign-owned companies in connection with critical infrastructure) is applicable to this Contract, pursuant to Government Code Section 2274.0102, Contractor certifies that neither it nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of Contractor or its parent company, is: (1) majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or any other country designated by the Governor under Government Code Section 2274.0103, or (2) headquartered in any of those countries.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring In the event of a health service integration with another service provider the Employer and the Union agree to meet.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Post-Stabilization Services The PH-MCO must cover Post-Stabilization Services, as defined in 42 C.F.R. §438.114. The PH-MCO must limit charges to Members for Post-Stabilization Services to an amount no greater than what the PH-MCO would charge the Member if he or she had obtained the services through a Network Provider. The PH-MCO must cover Post-Stabilization Services without authorization, and regardless of whether the Member obtains the services within or outside its Provider Network if any of the following situations exist:
