Site Planning. Site Planning shall commence with the execution of the Agreement and shall be complete with the Owner’s approval and acceptance of the completed Master Planning Document. Site Planning. Manager shall assist the Company in site planning design and construction of the Pharmacy. Manager acknowledges and agrees that, to the best of its knowledge, the subleased space for the Pharmacy shall be sufficient and suitable to properly commence the delivery of the services outlined in this Agreement.

Site Planning. The Awardee shall furnish the NSF with an up-to-date master site plan addressing each geographic location of the Observatories. At a minimum, the plan should include the information listed under Article 46 of the CA-SFATC/FFRDC. This plan shall be updated on an annual basis and revised copies forwarded to the Program Officer at the beginning of each new fiscal year. If there are no changes, the Awardee will provide the NSF with a statement that no site plan changes have occurred during the past year. Proposed construction of buildings and facilities or major modifications thereto and plans for acquisition of additional lands must be referenced in the master site plan prior to the Awardee's submission of a request for funding such actions.
Site Planning. The Project conceptual plan is attached hereto as Exhibit C (“Concept Plan”). The Project shall require application for Site Plan approval as provided for in City Code Chapter 36, Article II, Division 3 (“Site Plan Application”). This Agreement is not approval of Site Plan Application. It is the intent of the Seller to improve a portion of the southern unimproved portion of the Property on the Concept Plan and labeled “Approx. 6.0ac” (“Green Area”) with regional stormwater ponding (“Ponding”). Notwithstanding any other provision, the Seller may improve that portion of the Green Area required for the Ponding prior to Closing. At Closing and at the sole discretion of the Seller, (i) the Deed (defined below) shall retain a drainage and utility easement over the Ponding that is or will be constructed and an at least 20-foot wide easement along the western property line to allow access from 101st Ave. to the Ponding, (ii) a separate drainage and utility easement and access easement for the purposes described above that shall be granted to Purchaser at Closing, or (iii) dedicated on the redesignation plat that is part of the Subdivision (“Easement”). The Easement, either contained within the Deed, by separate document, or dedicated on the redesignation plat, is subject to the approval of the Seller.
Site Planning. Licensor shall assist Licensee to prepare detailed layout drawings and civil work guidelines to prepare the Sites for delivery of the purchased Machinery. Licensee shall complete all required civil works prior to the delivery of Machinery.
Site Planning. The Developer will coordinate with the City to implement planning and design practices for the Property through the identification and prioritization of the following ecological site characteristics: wetlands, uplands, wildlife corridors, cultural resources, landscape and soils. The Developer and the City will coordinate and identify requirements to minimize land disturbance through the following practices: limit topsoil removal and soil compaction on throughout the Property and where practicable stockpile topsoil within the Property for reuse; limit impervious areas through narrow streets and/or higher density home layouts. Limiting of impervious area via the use of narrower streets must comply with minimum traffic engineering and fire safety requirements. Additionally, higher density housing layouts must conform with Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code requirements pertaining to maximum density.
Site Planning. Contractor shall develop a detailed CAD layout and iterative site plan updates with dimensions, pathways, seating configurations and key details for construction of a temporary music venue, as more specifically described in RFQ No. 24-3393 as the “Temp facility” that can seat up to five thousand (5,000) people, and associated facilities including booking and management facilities and food and drink facilities (the “Facility”). Contractor shall submit the layout and plans to City for review and approval in City’s sole discretion. The planned Facility shall include coordination of stage, sound, rigging, lighting (including in parking areas), power, equipment rentals, restrooms, medical resources, security, fencing, waste management, marketing and branding, wayfinding and signage, tents and temporary facilities, traffic and parking, revenue strategies, calendar management, event contracts (where applicable), contingency planning, severe weather plans, insurance, permits and licenses, budgeting, safety programs, access control and credential planning, and Americans with Disabilities Act compliance. The site planning shall ensure that the Facility is ready to open for use no later than June 1, 2024, provided that Contractor shall not be responsible for delays not caused by or reasonably anticipated by Contractor, including unreasonable and unanticipated delays in City permitting.
