Search and Rescue An employee shall be allowed to take leave with pay to participate without pay and at no further cost to the Agency, in a search or rescue operation within Oregon at the request of any law enforcement Agency, the Director of the Department of Aviation, the United States Forest Service, or any certified organization for Civil Defense for a period of no more than five (5) consecutive days for each operation. The employee, upon returning to duty at the Agency, will provide to the Agency documented evidence of participation in the search operation.

About This Agreement Our entire contract with you consists of this agreement and our contract with your employer. Your ID card will identify you as a member when you receive the healthcare services covered under this agreement. Your eligibility for benefits is determined under the provisions of this agreement. Your right to appeal and take action is described in Appeals in Section 5. This agreement describes the benefits, exclusions, conditions and limitations provided under your plan. It shall be construed under and shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Rhode Island and federal law as amended from time to time. Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes.
