Urgent Care This plan covers services received at an urgent care center. INDEPENDENT MEDICAL JUDGMENT Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or in the SignatureMD Agreement, Personalized Care Practice retains full and free discretion to, and shall, exercise his/her professional medical judgment on behalf of Program Member with respect to medical services rendered to Program Member, and nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed or construed to influence, limit or affect a physician’s independent medical judgment with respect to Personalized Care Practice’s provision of medical services to Program Member and Program Member’s medical treatment.

Emergency Medical Services The City’s Fire Department and MedStar (or other entity engaged by the City after the Effective Date) will provide emergency medical services.
Emergency Medical Condition A medical condition manifesting itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that a prudent layperson, who possesses an average knowledge of health and medicine, could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: (1) placing the health of the individual (or with respect to a pregnant woman, the health of the woman or her unborn child) in serious jeopardy; (2) serious impairment to body functions; or (3) serious dysfunction of any body organ or part.
International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator.
