Urgent Non-Medical. The President/CEO or her delegatee may grant an employee a leave of absence of reasonable duration for urgent non-medical reasons. An employee who is granted such a leave of absence of two (2) months or less shall be permitted to return to his same position at the same site in which he was working prior to the commencement of such leave.
