U.S. Citizen Sample Clauses

U.S. Citizen. Participant represents that she is a female citizen of the United States of America and is a bona fide resident of the local licensed area referenced above. Participant shall submit proof of U.S. citizenship (a birth certificate or passport) at any time as requested by the Programs.

U.S. Citizen. Each Air Carrier is a "citizen of the United States" as defined in Section 40102(a)(15) of Title 49.

Section 40102(1)(2) operating under certificates issued pursuant to such Act (49 U.S.C. Sections 41101-41112).

(ii) Since the date it acquired its first Vessel, each owner and operator (past and present) of any Vessel has been, and each current owner and operator is, and at the Closing will be, a United States citizen within the meaning of the Shipping Laws and was, is and will be qualified to own and operate the Vessels in the United States coastwise trade under such Shipping Laws.
