U.S. Citizen. Participant represents that she is a female citizen of the United States of America and is a bona fide resident of the local licensed area referenced above. Participant shall submit proof of U.S. citizenship (a birth certificate or passport) at any time as requested by the Programs.
U.S. Citizen. Each Air Carrier is a "citizen of the United States" as defined in Section 40102(a)(15) of Title 49.

Since the date it acquired its first Vessel, each Seller has been, each Seller is, and at the Closing, each Seller will be, a United States citizen within the meaning of the Shipping Laws and is qualified to own and operate the Vessels in the United States coastwise trade under such Shipping Laws.
