The following terms shall be defined as follows for purposes of these Bylaws: Bona fide resident: means the member maintains the member’s primary residence in and has physical presence within the Association’s service area (or district for a district Board member seat) for at least eight (8) months of each calendar year, beginning with the full calendar year immediately prior to the election in which the member is a candidate.
