U.S. Mail Notice. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, for those persons (a) to whom the Settlement Administrator, Xxxxxx.xxx or Xxxxx.xxx sends an Email Notice as described above, but then receives notification that the email was not ultimately delivered (a “hard bounce”), and (b) for whom Xxxxxxx’x, Xxxxxx.xxx or Xxxxx.xxx have a facially valid U.S. Postal mailing address, the Settlement Administrator, Xxxxxx.xxx, and Xxxxx.xxx shall send U.S. Mail Notice. The U.S. Mail Notice that the Settlement Administrator will send will be substantially similar to Exhibit A and will provide the web address of the Settlement Website and an email and mailing address to contact the Settlement Administrator and Plaintiffs’ Counsel. Before sending the U.S. Mail Notice, the Settlement Administrator will check the addresses to be used against the National Change of Address Database. The U.S. Mail Notice that Xxxxxx.xxx and Xxxxx.xxx will send will be substantially similar to the notices attached as Exhibits H and I.

U.S. Mail Notice. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, within thirty (30) calendar days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order and after the Settlement Website is live, the Claims Administrator will send a postcard containing the U.S. Mail Notice to each Class Member for whom Defendants have a facially valid U.S. Postal address that Defendants have previously provided the Claims Administrator in connection with the Court- ordered class notice and who was not sent notice by email pursuant to this Settlement Agreement. The postcard containing the U.S. Mail Notice will be substantially similar to the form attached as Exhibit C, and will provide the web address of the Settlement Website and an email and mailing address to contact the Claims Administrator.
