USA Patriot Act Compliance Notification. Lessor hereby notifies Lessee that pursuant to the requirements of the USA PATRIOT Act (the “Patriot Act”), it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies Lessee, which information includes the name and address of Lessee and other information that will allow Lessor to identify Lessee in accordance with the Patriot Act. Lessee shall, promptly upon Lessor’s request, provide all documentation and other information that Lessor requests in order to comply with its ongoing obligations under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act.

USA Patriot Act Compliance Notification. Seller hereby notifies Purchaser that pursuant to the requirements of the USA PATRIOT Act (the “Patriot Act”), its assignee is required to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies Purchaser, which information includes the name and address of Purchaser and other information that will allow Seller’s assignee to identify Purchaser in accordance with the Patriot Act. Purchaser shall, promptly upon the request of Seller’s assignee, provide all documentation and other information that Seller’s assignee requests in order to comply with its ongoing obligations under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act.

To accomplish this we will obtain, verify and record information that identifies business entities that open new accounts with us.
