USAGE AND BILL CALCULATION. The Servicer (a) shall obtain a calculation of each Customer’s usage (which may be based on data obtained from such Customer’s meter read or on usage estimates determined in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices and applicable MPSC Regulations) at least once each billing period and shall determine therefrom each Customer’s individual Securitized Utility Tariff Charge to be included on such Customer’s Bill.
USAGE AND BILL CALCULATION. The Servicer (a) shall obtain a calculation of each Consumer’s usage (which may be based on data obtained from such Consumer’s meter read or on usage estimates determined in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices and applicable CPUC Regulations) at least once each billing period and shall determine therefrom each Consumer’s individual Fixed Recovery Charge to be included on such Consumer’s Bill; provided, however, that in the case of Consumers served by an ESP under Full Consolidated ESP Billing, the Applicable ESP, rather than the Servicer, shall determine such Consumers’ total Fixed Recovery Charges to be included on such Consumers’ Bills based on specific Fixed Recovery Charges (cents per kilowatt hour rates) provided by the Servicer, and the Servicer shall deliver to the Applicable ESPs such specific cents per kilowatt hour rates as are necessary for the Applicable ESPs to calculate such Consumers’ respective Fixed Recovery Charges as such charges may change from time to time pursuant to the True-Up Adjustments.
USAGE AND BILL CALCULATION. The Servicer (a) shall obtain a calculation of each Customer’s usage (which may be based on data obtained from such Customer’s meter read or on usage estimates determined in accordance with applicable Indiana Commission Regulations) in accordance with the Servicer’s customary procedures and practices and shall determine therefrom each Customer’s individual Securitization Charges to be included on Bills issued by it to such Customer.
USAGE AND BILL CALCULATION. The Servicer shall obtain a calculation of xxxh customer's usage (which may be based on data obtained from such customer's meter read or on usage estimates determined in accordance with applicable NHPUC Regulations) in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices and shall determine therefrom Billed RRB Charges; provided, however, that in the case of customers served by a TPS pursuant to a TPS Service Agreement, the Servicer may obtain usage measurements from the Applicable TPS for customers receiving meter reading services from such TPS if the applicable TPS Service Agreement so provides and shall determine therefrom Billed RRB Charges.
USAGE AND BILL CALCULATION. The Servicer shall obtain a calculation of each Usage-Billed Customer’s usage (which may be based on data obtained from such Customer’s meter read or on usage estimates determined in accordance with Commission Regulations) in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices and shall determine therefrom Billed Energy Transition Charges for the Series A Bonds with respect to such Usage-Billed Customers. The Servicer shall calculate each Demand-Billed Customer’s demand in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices and shall determine therefrom Billed Energy Transition Charges for the Series A Bonds with respect to such Demand-Billed Customers.

The Servicer shall obtain a calculation xx xach Customer's usage (which may be based on data obtained from such Customer's meter read or on usage estimates determined in accordance with Commission Regulations) in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices and shall determine therefrom Billed Storm-Recovery Charges.
USAGE AND BILL CALCULATION. The Servicer shall obtain a calculation of each Customer’s usage (which may be based on data obtained from such Customer’s meter read or on usage estimates determined in accordance with Commission Regulations) in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices and shall determine therefrom Billed Deferred Fuel Cost Charges for the Deferred Fuel Cost Bonds.
USAGE AND BILL CALCULATION. The Servicxx xhall obtain a calculation of each Customer's usage (which may be based on data obtained from such Customer's meter read or on usage estimates determined in accordance with applicable PUCT Regulations) at least once each Billing Period and shall determine therefrom each Customer's individual Series 2003-1 Transition Charges to be included on such Customer's Bill; provided, however, that in txx xase of Customers taking service under Consolidated REP Billing, the Applicable REP, rather than the Servicer, may determine such Customers' individual Transition Charges to be included on such Customer's bills based on billing factors provided by the Servicer, and, in such case, the Servicer shall deliver to the Applicable REP such billing factors as are necessary for the Applicable REP to calculate such Customers' respective Series 2003-1 Transition Charges as such charges may change from time to time pursuant to the True-Up Adjustments.

The Servicer shall obtain a calculation ox xxch Customer's usage (which may be based on data obtained from such Customer's meter read or on usage estimates determined in accordance with applicable PUCT Regulations) at least once each Billing Period and shall determine therefrom each Customer's individual Transition Charges to be included on such Customer's Bill; provided, however, that in the case of Customers taking service xxxer Consolidated REP Billing, the Applicable REP, rather than the Servicer, may determine such Customers' individual Transition Charges to be included on such Customer's Bills based on billing factors provided by the Servicer, and, in such case, the Servicer shall deliver to the Applicable REP such billing factors as are necessary for the Applicable REP to calculate such Customers' respective Transition Charges as such charges may change from time to time pursuant to the True-Up Adjustments.
