Securitized Utility Tariff Charge definition

Securitized Utility Tariff Charge means the nonbypassable amounts to be charged to any existing or future retail customer located within Evergy Missouri West’s service area, approved by the MPSC in the Financing Order that may be collected by the Servicer, its successors, assignees or other collection agents as provided for in the Financing Order.
