Usage Period. Subject to and upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, at any time from the Closing Date through the Credit Card Maturity Date, Borrower may use the Credit Card Services (as defined below) in amounts and upon terms as provided in Section 2.1(c)(ii) below.

Usage Period. Subject to and upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, at any time from the Fifth Amendment Effective Date through the Letter of Credit Non-Formula Revolving Maturity Date, Borrower may request Letters of Credit, in amounts and upon terms as restricted in Section 2.1(c)(ii) below.

Usage Period. You may use the hall for up to five (5) hours (12pm to 5pm or 7pm to midnight) on the day of your event. Decorating time is not guaranteed prior to your rental booking, as time allows for a club member to be available to open the club prior to event. Please check with the event coordinator for decorating times. Building and premises must be totally vacated by 1:00 am. (Bartender has right to call last call earlier if warranted.) Party must start cleaning 30 minutes prior to end time & all patrons must leave by the end time of party. ALCOHOLIC/NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Your party may NOT bring alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages on the premises. All beverages must be purchased at the Snowbound Club’s cash bar. NO exceptions. No glass is NO DRINKS IN PARKING LOT (No outside coolers allowed) **ALL RAFFLES WITH ALCOHOL MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE BAR UNTIL PARTY IS OVER** *** Violators who bring outside alcohol in or drink alcohol in the parking lot will result in possibly being asked to leave the premise.*** MINORS: Minors must be fully supervised. Minors are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages. Proper identification is required to confirm proof of legal age. Legal protocol will be followed for minors in possession of alcoholic beverages. PARKING: Free on-site parking is available for your guests. PROPERTY DAMAGE: Snowbound Club reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. By signing the Hall Rental Contract/Agreement, you so agree to pay for or replace, any object of the Snowbound Club that is destroyed, damaged, or stolen during your period of rental. PERSONAL ITEMS: The Snowbound Club will not assume any responsibility for any damaged or lost merchandise or personal items that are brought onto the premises. Please make sure your belongings are secure during your event.
Usage Period. (1) The usage period commences with the receipt of the Trackers and ends after their usage, but no later than three months upon delivery of the Trackers, or after termination of this agreement on the day it is mailed back to LCAG by the Customer according to subsection 2 (whatever is earlier). (2) The Customer is obliged to return the provided Trackers to LCAG in proper condition (i.e. in operational state not deteriorated beyond reasonable wear and tear) after their usage or respectively after termination of this agreement. For this purpose LCAG provides to the Customer a prepaid and self-addressed envelope, which enables the return of the Trackers through the postal service of the respective country. The Customer fulfills his obligation by handing over the Trackers to a postal service.
