Usage Period definition

Usage Period means the period stated in the Product Order (as it may be renewed or extended per the terms of the Agreement) during which Customer’s Authorised Users are permitted to use and/or access the Product(s) listed therein.
Usage Period is as specified in the Project Outline.
Usage Period if applicable, means either: a calendar year commencing from the date specified in S9 for the usage unless it is a period as otherwise stipulated in S13.2 and S14.3; or if no date is stipulated in S9 then a calendar year from the last shoot date of the product/service/cause.
