Credit Card ServicesSubject to and upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Borrower may request corporate credit cards and standard and e-commerce merchant account services from Bank (collectively, the “Credit Card Services”). The aggregate limit of the corporate credit cards and merchant credit card processing reserves shall not exceed the Credit Card Line. The terms and conditions (including repayment and fees) of such Credit Card Services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Bank’s standard forms of application and agreement for the Credit Card Services, which Borrower hereby agrees to execute.

Credit Card Services. This Section applies to Customers who have a Bank VISA or MasterCard Card. We may provide you with Credit Card Services regarding your [Bank VISA Card during the Term of this Agreement. Through Credit Card Services, you may be able to access information and make payments regarding your Bank VISA or MasterCard Card. Credit Card Services are provided through a hyperlink to a third party vendor. Your use of Credit Card Services is subject to the cardmember agreement between you and us with respect to your Bank VISA or MasterCard Card, and such cardmember agreement is incorporated into this Agreement as if set forth herein word-for-word. By using Credit Card Services, you represent, warrant, and covenant that you have received and reviewed all necessary disclosures and policies regarding (a) your Bank VISA or MasterCard Card as contained in the cardmember agreement and (b) the use, displaying, and disclosure of your financial and other confidential information in connection therewith. You understand and agree that you shall be required to comply with any and all such disclaimers and policies, whether made available to you by us, such third party vendor, or otherwise. We will not be responsible for your downloading, transmitting, or storage of any information provided through Credit Card, including but not limited to your downloading such information for use with any third party software program such as Quicken®, Microsoft Money®, or other financial software.
Credit Card Services. The ability for an Authorized User to acquire Product or services via the addition of credit card services to the Vehicle identification card provided to Authorized Users (see Section II.8 Fleet Vehicle Identification Card), or with any other Fleet Maintenance Service provided under the contract;

Credit Card Services. INET Services provides credit card processing for fees and charges. There is a 3.5% surcharge for Mastercard or Visa and 5% for AMX. This service may be implemented for damage claims beyond the damage deposit or expenditures at the behest of the owner or rents in arrears.
Credit Card Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Borrower may request corporate credit cards and standard and e-commerce merchant account services from Bank (collectively, the “Credit Card Services”). The aggregate limit of the corporate credit cards and merchant credit card processing reserves, when added to the aggregate Ancillary Services Usage for all other Ancillary Services, shall not exceed the Ancillary Services Sublimit, provided that availability under the Revolving Line shall be reduced by the aggregate limits of the corporate credit cards issued to Borrower and merchant credit card processing reserves. In addition, Bank may, in its sole discretion, charge as Advances any amounts that become due or owing to Bank in connection with the Credit Card Services. The terms and conditions (including repayment and fees) of such Credit Card Services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Bank’s standard forms of application and agreement for the Credit Card Services, which Borrower hereby agrees to execute.
Credit Card Services. This Section applies to Customers who have Texas First Bank VISA Credit Card. We may provide you with transaction history of your purchases and payments regarding your Texas First Bank VISA Credit Card during the Term of this Agreement. You understand the financial information shown online reflects the most recent card information available through online services, and may not be accurate or current. You agree that neither we or nor our service providers will be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. You understand and agree by initiating online payment to your Texas First Bank VISA Credit Card utilizing the “Credit Card” feature that these payments require processing time and may not reflect immediately, therefore we are not responsible for late fees or interest accessed on your unpaid balance if your payments are not made prior to the end of your grace period. You understand and agree that you shall be required to comply with any and all such disclaimers and policies, whether made available to you by us, such third party vendor, or otherwise as related to your VISA credit card terms and conditions. We will not be responsible for your downloading, transmitting, or storage of any information provided through online services, including but not limited to your downloading such information for use with any third party software program such as Quicken®, Microsoft Money®, or other financial software. Our online cut-off time for Visa Credit Card payment is 4:00 p.m. Central (CST) and 5:00 p.m. Eastern.
Credit Card Services. To execute credit card services applications and other related documents pertaining to Bank’s credit card services.
Credit Card Services. 2.1 Service Provider TCS agrees to connect the Customer's Eligible Terminals to the Credit Card Services and to enable such Credit Card Services to be delivered to Customer's end-users. 2.2 User Fee (i) Customer will be charged a haulage fee (whether such transactions are successful or unsuccessful) for any transactions processed by way of the Credit Card Services. Customer will pay a one-time fee to enroll all Eligible Terminals on the Credit Card Services. Changes to the fees will be on mutual agreement of the parties. Further details on the fees are as set out in Schedule B. (ii) Customer may charge its end users whatever fee it desires, in its sole unfettered discretion, with respect to the Credit Card Services. (iii) Once a month, within five business days of the end of the calendar month, TCS will produce and deliver a report to Customer with respect to Credit Card Services transactions carried out by Customer's end users. (iv) Charges owing by Customer to TCS on account of Credit Card Services shall be due and payable in arrears, and to obtain payment TCS will deduct the amount of such charges or any part thereof from, or set-off and apply the amount of such charges or any part thereof against, any and all monies collected on behalf of the Customer from the completed transactions processed through the Customer's Terminals connected to TCS's switch on account of IDP transactions. (v) If the amount of the charges due on account of Credit Card Services exceeds the amount due to the Customer, the Customer will provide TCS, at its sole discretion, with the authority to withdraw funds from the Customer's Account to settle the difference between the amount of such charges and the amount due to the Customer. (vi) If the Customer fails to pay any of the charges due on account of Credit Card Services or other amounts of any nature payable by it hereunder on the due date therefore, the Customer shall [CONFIDENTIAL PORTION DELETED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION]. 2.3 Covenants with respect to the Credit Card Service TCS covenants and agrees that: (i) it shall comply in all respects with all of (a) the agreements, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement; and (b) TCS shall ensure that their systems are maintained compliant with all relevant Card Brand Associations to the best of their ability.
