With support of the Executive Director “Equipment” will be shipped from and returned to the Dive Ontario storage unit in Scarborough. • “Equipment” is to be shipped to the Borrower no less than 1 week prior to competition and returned within 1 week after the completion of competition. • The Borrower will complete the Equipment Check-in / Check-out form to report any issues with the “Equipment” and provide to Dive Ontario within 1 week after the completion of the competition. Equipment must be returned no later than 4:59pm on the above agreed-upon date, unless otherwise arranged with the Lender.
