DELIVERY AND RETURN OF EQUIPMENT. Lessee hereby assumes the full expense of transportation and in-transit insurance to Lessee's premises and installation thereat of the Equipment. Upon termination (by expiration or otherwise) of each Summary Equipment Schedule, Lessee shall, pursuant to Lessor's instructions and at Lessee's full expense (including, without limitation, expenses of transportation and in-transit insurance), return the Equipment to Lessor in the same operating order, repair, condition and appearance as when received, less normal depreciation and wear and tear. Lessee shall return the Equipment to Lessor at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000 or at such other address within the continental United States as directed by Lessor, provided, however, that Lessee's expense shall be limited to the cost of returning the Equipment to Lessor's address as set forth herein. During the period subsequent to receipt of a notice under Section 2, Lessor may demonstrate the Equipment's operation in place and Lessee will supply any of its personnel as may reasonably be required to assist in the demonstrations.
DELIVERY AND RETURN OF EQUIPMENT. 8.1 Risk and responsibility in the Equipment is with You immediately upon the Equipment leaving Our office premises whether the Equipment is delivered to you at Our office premises or sent to you via courier or collected or received by you by any other method.
8.2 Risk and responsibility in the Equipment remains with You until the Equipment is returned to Us and is acknowledged by Us.
8.3 You must return the Equipment in person or cause to return the Equipment by courier with confirmation of receipt to Our office at: Suite 13, 000 Xxxxx Xx, Subiaco WA 6008 by 4.30pm Perth time on the last day of the Rental Period or any agreed extension of the Rental Period.
8.4 Returns received after 4.30pm Perth time on the last day of the Rental Period or any agreed extension of the Rental Period will incur a daily rental until return is made during normal business hours of 9am to 5pm on Weekdays other than on a Western Australian Public Holiday.
8.5 Early return of the Equipment before the Rental Period expires will not decrease any charges payable by you under this Agreement.
8.6 You must not deliver any Equipment to Us by post.
DELIVERY AND RETURN OF EQUIPMENT. 2.1 The lease period for the Equipment shall commence on the day the Equipment leaves the facility of the Lessor or its agent, unless explicitly otherwise agreed upon.
2.2 The lease period for the Equipment leased shall end at 23:59 PM on the day the Lessee returns the Equipment in accordance with Article 9 or the Equipment is repossessed by the Lessor, its employees, subsidiaries, affiliates or subcontractors.
2.3 The parties to this Agreement may agree that the Lessor shall arrange for transportation of the Equipment from the location of delivery to a location desired by the Lessee, or, in case of return of the Equipment, from any actual location of the Equipment to the place of business of the Lessor, in accordance with the previous paragraph. In any such case, the Lessor shall act as agent to the Lessee only and such transportation shall be for the sole risk and account of the Lessee, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Upon expiration or termination of each Schedule, Lessee will, at Lessor's instructions and at Lessee's expense (including transportation and in-transit insurance), have the Equipment deinstalled, audited by the manufacturer, packed and shipped in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and returned to Lessor in the same operating order, repair and appearance as when installed (ordinary wear and tear excluded), to a location within the continental United States as directed by Lessor. All items returned to Lessor in addition to the Equipment become property of Lessor.

DELIVERY AND RETURN OF EQUIPMENT. Delivery of Equipment to the Customer shall take place at the premises as set forth in the Rental Agreement at the expense and risk of the Customer. Return of the Equipment by the Customer is solely at the Customer’s expense and risk, even if arranged by TR, and shall be to the premises of TR from where the Equipment was dispatched. The Customer agrees to not ship the Equipment by post.
DELIVERY AND RETURN OF EQUIPMENT. Lessee assumes the full expense of transportation of the Equipment to its initial location, installation, deinstallation, and return to a location within the continental United States (including without limitation the expense of in-transit insurance) all pursuant to Lessor's instructions and manufacturer's specifications. Regarding deinstallation, Lessee will assure that the Equipment is deinstalled by the manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended procedures and any Environmental Law, and returned with a Certificate of Decontamination in the same operating order, repair, condition and appearance as when originally installed (less normal wear and tear and depreciation) meeting all original equipment manufacturer's specifications for continued manufacturer's maintenance, and accompanied by all associated documents, manuals, maintenance records for the duration of the Initial Term, spare parts and accessories. In connection with deinstallation, any Contaminant removed from the Equipment will be removed and transported by a licensed waste removal transporter who shall name Lessor as additional insured on its environmental liability policy. During the period subsequent to receipt of a notice under Section 2, Lessor may demonstrate the Equipment's operation in place and Lessee will supply any of its personnel as may reasonably be required to assist in the demonstrations.
