Use Limited to Research Project. Recipient and Recipient’s PI agree that Data, Materials, their progeny, or derivatives thereof will not be used in any experiments or procedures unless said experiments or procedures are disclosed and approved as part of the Research Project.
Use Limited to Research Project. Recipient agrees that individual or participant level Data, Materials, and Resultant Data, and the progeny, or derivatives thereof, will not be used in any experiments or procedures unless said experiments or procedures, including any analyses, are disclosed and approved as part of the Research Project or in accordance with the processes set forth in Section 6 (Publications) and Section 13 (Resultant Data to be Provided to SPIROMICS, SOURCE, and NHLBI).
Use Limited to Research Project. Recipient agrees that Data will not be used in any research that is not disclosed and approved by the EAS. Any analyses incorporating EAS Data subsequent to this Research Project require the approval of additional manuscript proposals submitted to the EAS Steering Committee.

Recipient agrees that substantive changes made to the Research Project attached to the Distribution Agreement, and/or appointment by Recipient of another Principal Investigator and/or transfer of Recipient or Recipient’s PI to another institution to complete the Research Project, require execution of a new DDA.
Use Limited to Research Project. Recipient agrees that Clinical Data and Biological Material, its progeny, and unmodified or modified derivatives thereof will not be used in any experiments or procedures that are not disclosed and approved as part of the Research Project.

Recipient and Recipient’s PI agree that individual or participant level Data, Materials, and Resultant Data, and the progeny, or derivatives thereof, will not be used in any experiments or procedures unless said experiments or procedures, including any analyses, are disclosed and approved as part of the Research Project or in accordance with the Manuscript Proposal Process set forth in Section 13. Recipient shall have full ownership rights in and to summary level data and secondary analysis, Resultant Data and shall be free to use Resultant Data for any purpose consistent with this agreement without restriction.
Use Limited to Research Project. The principal investigator(s) and all collaborators agree that the data will be used solely for the purpose approved by CDC. Furthermore, the principal investigator(s) and all collaborators agree to refrain from any attempt to link NVDRS RAD to any other dataset without prior permission from the CDC (any intention to link NVDRS RAD with other data should be specified in the initial request or follow-up request for the RAD and approved by the CDC). Researchers seeking to conduct additional analyses not specified in the approved proposal or to receive additional data years or variables that do not substantively change the scope of the approved project may contact the program at xxxxx-xxx@xxx.xxx to complete a project amendment request.
