Use of Accrued Paid Leave. An employee on Pregnancy Disability Leave is normally without pay; however, an employee may elect to use accrued sick leave, vacation, compensatory time off (if applicable) and/or PTO (if applicable) prior to taking Pregnancy Disability Leave without pay.
