Common use of USE OF ACCUMULATED CREDITS Clause in Contracts

USE OF ACCUMULATED CREDITS. An employee who is on leave-of-absence with pay under Section 7.01(ii) of this Article may, at the employee's option, have one quarter (1/4) of a day deducted from the accumulated credits (attendance, vacation, statutory holiday bank or overtime credits) for each day of leave to which Section 7.01(ii) applies and receive regular salary for each such day.

An employee who is on leave-of-absence with pay under Section 7.01(iiRPT3.01(ii) of this the Article may, at the employee's option, have one quarter (1/4) of a day deducted from the employee's accumulated credits (attendance, vacation, statutory holiday bank or overtime credits) for each day of leave to which Section 7.01(iiRPT3.01(ii) applies and receive regular salary for each such day.

An employee who is on leave-of-absence with pay under Section 7.01(ii12.01(a)(ii) or 12.01(b)(ii) of this Article may, at the employee's ’s option, have one quarter (1/4) of a day deducted from the accumulated credits (attendance, vacation, statutory holiday bank or overtime creditsCTB) for each day of leave to which Section 7.01(ii12.01(a)(ii) or 12.01(b)(ii) applies and receive regular salary for each such day.

USE OF ACCUMULATED CREDITS. An employee who is on leave-of-a leave of absence with pay under Section 7.01(ii) of this Article 39.1.2 may, at the employee's her/his option, have one one-quarter (1/4¼) of a day deducted from the her/his accumulated credits (attendance, attendance and vacation, statutory holiday bank or overtime credits) for each such day of leave to which Section 7.01(ii) applies absence and receive regular salary for each such daypay.

USE OF ACCUMULATED CREDITS. An employee who is on leave-of-absence with pay under Section 7.01(iisub-section 46.1 (ii) of this Article may, at the employee's their option, have one one-quarter (1/4) of a day deducted from the their accumulated credits (attendance, vacation, statutory holiday bank vacation or overtime credits) for each such day of leave to which Section 7.01(ii) applies absence and receive regular salary for each such daypay.

USE OF ACCUMULATED CREDITS. An employee who is on leaveleave of absence under Sub-of-absence with pay under Section 7.01(iisection 53.01(2) of this Article may, at the employee's option, his/her option have one quarter (1/4) of a day deducted from the his/her accumulated credits (attendance, vacation, statutory holiday bank vacation or overtime credits) for each such day of leave to which Section 7.01(ii) applies absence and receive regular salary for each such daypay.
