Use of Accumulated CTO. An employee who has requested use of accumulated CTO shall be permitted by the Department Head to use such time provided the time requested does not interfere with the mission. An employee who has accumulated CTO shall, upon termination from employment, be paid for the CTO with the termination pay settlement.
