Common use of Use of Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Use of Aircraft. Employee shall be entitled to use the Company’s aircraft for personal use up to a maximum of 5,000 miles per year, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company’s aircraft policy as the same may be amended from time to time.

Use of Aircraft. Employee shall be entitled to use the Company’s aircraft for personal use up to a maximum of 5,000 17,500 miles per yearin calendar year 2009 and 35,000 miles in calendar years thereafter, subject or such other maximum amount as the Board may from time to the terms and conditions of time establish pursuant to the Company’s aircraft policy as the same may be amended from time to timepolicy.

Use of Aircraft. Employee shall be entitled to use the Company’s aircraft for personal use up to a maximum of 5,000 10,000 miles per year, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company’s aircraft policy as the same may be amended from time to time.
