Use of Annual Leave and Sick Leave Accruals. An Operator may use accumulated Sick Leave and Annual Leave to cover absences related to maternity, paternity or adoption. Annual or Sick Leave may be used for continuous absences or for individual days. An Operator may also use Annual Leave or Sick Leave accruals to supplement State Disability Insurance payments.
