USE OF BARGAINING UNIT MEMBERS' MAILBOXES / EMAIL. The Association has the right to place materials into individual bargaining unit members' mailboxes in school buildings and to send them emails at that District- issued email addresses; employees, however, shall have no expectation of privacy in any emails sent to/from their District-issued email address, and all emails are subject to Board policy, including, but not limited to, the Staff Education Technology Acceptable Use and Safety Policy.
