Common use of Use of Board Facilities Clause in Contracts

Use of Board Facilities. The Association and its members shall have the right to use the school building facilities before or after regular class hours and during lunch time. Such use of the building for Association meetings must be arranged via the Board’s facility reservation process. The administration retains the right of room assignment. A Bulletin board shall be made available to the Association for the posting or placement of materials relating to official business of the Association. These materials must be signed by a designated Association official. (Copy of such materials shall be sent to the Superintendent's office prior to posting.)
