Common use of Use of Board Facilities Clause in Contracts

Use of Board Facilities. The members of the Association may use Board of Trustees building facilities at no charge at reasonable times and hours for meetings of the Association when such buildings are available and operations staff are on duty. The request for building use must be made to the appropriate office. The members of the Association may use Board equipment, but not supplies, so long as such use does not interfere with the operation of the Board. Subject to approval by the Board, the Association shall also be allowed to use the inter-school mail and e-mail services of the College.
