Common use of Use of Credits Clause in Contracts

Use of Credits. Sick leave credits accumulated under the former sick leave plan shall be frozen as of June 30, 1987. Employees who have earned such credits shall use their credits to supplement 33 1/3% of a day's accumulated credit to each day of absence, thereby receiving 100% pay to the extent of accumulated credits or 180 calendar days, whichever is the lesser.
