USE OF FACILITY CONFERENCE ROOMS. The Employer shall provide the Union reasonable access to on-site conference rooms upon request, based upon availability. In all cases, the Union shall request the conference rooms no fewer than two weeks in advance. The parties understand that there may be periodic circumstances when after scheduling the room, it may be necessary to change due to conflicts. In such an event, the parties will provide notice as soon as a known conflict occurs.

USE OF FACILITY CONFERENCE ROOMS. 1. The Employer shall provide the Union reasonable access to on-site conference rooms upon request, based upon availability. Such use shall not exceed twelve (12) hours per quarter to be used in no less than two (2) hour, but not greater than four (4) hour, increments. In all cases, the Union shall request the conference rooms no fewer than two weeks in advance. The parties understand that there may be periodic circumstances when after scheduling the room, it may be necessary to change due to conflicts. In such an event, the parties will provide notice as soon as a known conflict occurs.
