Notification of Selection. Candidates for represented positions shall be advised of their status by the Port Personnel Department. Those candidates who participate in departmental interviews who are not recommended for selection shall be given written notification from the Port Personnel Department, notifying them that another candidate(s) has been recommended for selection.

Only the Watch Commander or Senior Officer, the Bureau Section Lieutenant or Supervising Investigator originally contacted may be made aware of the identities of any untested personnel. He/she shall assist in determining the point in time when the test subject will return to the work site.
