Use of Instructional Assistants. 15 Time will be provided at the beginning of the school year or when a new assignment of an 16 assistant is made for certificated employees to meet with instructional assistants to plan on how 17 to meet the needs of students.

  • Educational Assistants Teachers are responsible to assign instructional duties to Educational Assistants who are allocated to students in their classroom by the Principal.

The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times for Association meetings, provided however, that the Association will be required to pay for any additional custodial cost involved by reason of said meetings. The Principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of such meeting.

  • Mutual Assistance Each party shall assist the other in complying with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation. In particular, each party shall:
